How does it happen?
- After approval, we’ll schedule an initial meeting with your Emergency Planning Committee to discuss your facility’s unique needs, potential risks
- Our consultant will tour your facility with an EPC representative, identifying potential emergency scenarios and associated risks.
- We’ll prepare a draft of the emergency plan and procedures, ensuring it reflects the EPC’s feedback and facility-specific requirements and present it to your EPC for any refinement or approval
- After incorporating all feedback, we’ll provide you with the final emergency plan and procedures in electronic formats.

How does it happen?
- After getting the “go ahead” we will contact you to arrange a suitable date or dates to attend the site
- We will tour your workplace escorted by someone that knows the ins and outs whilst we mark up the location of any emergency equipment and exit routes
- We will create an initial draft of the evacuation diagram and supply it to you for review
- From there, we will spend some time at our desk producing each of the “you are here” locations
- We will provide you with the final electronic copies
