Qualification
The BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management requires the successful completion of 12 units. This includes 4 core units and 8 elective units.

Prerequisites and Entry Requirements
• 18 years of age or older
• Language and Literacy skills equivalent to completion of year 10
• Intermediate computer skills such as web browsing, email, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Access to a computer or tablet with an internet connection
• Access to a workplace or team where workplace based activities can be completed
Delivery Method and Duration
Self-Paced Online
Our Self-Paced Online course allows you to learn at your own pace from anywhere you like. You will have 18 months to complete your course.
After completing your enrolment you will have access to all course materials and assessments. You can logout and log back in at anytime without losing your progress. Some participants with experience even chose to skip straight to the assessments and activities meaning that they can successfully complete the course in just a few months.
The amount of time it takes participants to complete the course varies based upon experience. Those who are beginners can expect study hours to total 1000hrs whilst those with a lot of experience may complete the course in as little as 500hrs.
Whilst this learning option is Self-Paced our team offer an initial 30 minute web meeting with you to begin your training journey. Once you are up and running, our team will monitor your progress and regularly check in with you.
This learning method doesn’t necessarily suit all learning styles however our team is here to reach out in support.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants shall be required to complete an online enrolment process including providing a valid USI. Participants must provide photo ID to verify their identity. Participants shall be required to attend the entire session and complete all assessment activities.
